All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times by region:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 8–16 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
These are estimated timeframes. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control. We will always do our best to support you through any delay.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, your shipping confirmation email will contain a direct link to track your package in real time.
You can also enter your tracking number manually at 17track.net for universal carrier tracking.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then contact our support team if it’s still missing.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure of any applicable fees in your region.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows a delivery but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office — packages are sometimes left nearby or held for collection.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at sensoryflow.store/pages/contact. We can update it if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, redirection is not always possible, but we will work with you to find the best solution.
