We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact our team within that period and we will work with you toward a resolution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
We built SensoryFlow around the belief that people deserve products that genuinely work for them. If Auralis™ isn’t the right fit, we don’t want you stuck with it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In their original condition — unused, unworn, and in original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your order number for verification
If your item is returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Requesting a return is simple. Just contact us via our Contact page with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue or reason for return
- A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours and guide you through the next steps. We aim to make this process as effortless as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
You will not be asked to return a damaged or defective item in these cases.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via our Contact page with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you are still covered by our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earplugs that have been visibly used and cannot be returned to a resaleable condition may not be eligible for a full refund. However, if the product is defective or misrepresented, we will always offer a resolution regardless of use.
