How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. We know that’s not overnight, but every order is handled with care and ships with full tracking so you’re never left wondering.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can enter it directly on the carrier’s website or use a universal tracking tool like 17track.net for the most up-to-date status.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

International shipments occasionally experience delays at customs or during peak carrier periods. If your estimated delivery window has passed and tracking hasn’t updated in several days, please reach out to our support team and we’ll look into it right away.

What happens if my package is lost?

How do I clean my Auralis™ earplugs?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction window. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to find a resolution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

How do I request a refund?

Reach out to us via our Contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the process. We aim to make this as straightforward as possible.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

That’s on us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement as quickly as we can at absolutely no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven’t already shipped. After that window, the order will be on its way to you — but you’re still covered by our return policy once it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at our Contact page with your correct address and order number. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it right away. Once a package has left our facility, we’re limited in what we can do — but we’ll always do our best to help.
